Inspired by Centuries of British Craftsmanship

The rich tradition of British decorative arts continues to inform our exacting standards today. The Painters London was established in 2019 and combines a reverence for traditional technique with contemporary delivery, serving clients who expect carefully executed craftsmanship. Our work spans luxury interior painting, exterior restoration, end of tenancy decorating, and Venetian plaster for properties across Mayfair, Belgravia, Chelsea, and Kensington.

Our Founder

I. T.

I. T. leads The Painters London with 20 years of hands-on experience on the tools, built on a 40-year family painting and decorating background. That inheritance is combined with modern techniques, contemporary materials and the study of Byzantine-era wall painting and traditional restoration, shaping how the team approaches surface preparation, layered finishes and the quiet detailing that defines a prime central London interior.

On every project he is personally involved in the colour consultation, specification of paints and finishes, and the final walk-through — ensuring each home is delivered to the standard our clients in Mayfair, Belgravia, Chelsea and Kensington expect.

“Craftsmanship isn't a finish you apply at the end — it's every layer of preparation beneath it. We restore surfaces the way they were built: patiently, honestly, and to a standard you'll still admire in twenty years.”
I. T. — Founder, The Painters London
